Draft: these terms are with our lawyer and may change before anyone is paid under them. We'll show you any changes before they apply.
Pullfox Partner Program Terms
These terms apply between us and you (the "Partner") when we approve your application to the Pullfox Partner Program. They cover how you promote Pullfox, how we track the players you send, and how and when we pay you. We've written them to be read. If anything is unclear, email hello@pullfox.com.
- 1.
Words we use
Player: a person who opens a Pullfox account.
Referred Player: a Player credited to you under section 4.
Dashboard: your partner account at partner.pullfox.com, where you see your links, postbacks and reports.
Deal: the commission terms that apply to you: the published revenue share in Appendix A, plus any CPA we agree with you in writing.
Net Revenue: defined in section 5.2.
Month: a calendar month in UTC.
- 2.
Joining the program
2.1 You apply at partner.pullfox.com/apply. We review every application and may accept or decline it for any reason.
2.2 You must be at least 18. If you apply for a company, you confirm you can bind it.
2.3 The details you give us must be true, and you must keep them current, including the website or channels you promote on.
2.4 Your partner account and its sign-in addresses are for you and the people you add. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
2.5 You accept these terms by ticking the box when you apply or in your Dashboard. If your Deal is agreed with you individually (for example a CPA), you also sign a copy of these terms with your Deal in Appendix A, and we pay you once we've accepted that copy.
- 3.
Your links and tools
3.1 We give you a partner code. Links built in your Dashboard carry it, along with your click id and sub1 to sub5 if you add them.
3.2 You can set a postback URL for the events in your Deal, and a reversal postback for CPAs we reverse. Postbacks carry your click id, sub values, the event and an amount. They never carry a Player's name, email or other personal details.
3.3 Your Dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, first deposits and commission by month, day, placement and Player. Players appear as a stable reference, never by name.
- 4.
Who counts as your Player
4.1 A Player is credited to you if they open their account within 30 days of clicking your link, and your link was the last partner link they clicked before signing up. Ads and visits that aren't partner links don't replace your click.
4.2 A Player is credited once, at sign-up, to one partner, and stays credited to that partner.
4.3 We don't credit you for: your own account, accounts of people in your household, or accounts you control; anyone who already had a Pullfox account; duplicate accounts of one person; Players in places where Pullfox isn't available; or Players who come through a breach of these terms.
4.4 Our tracking records decide who is credited, unless they're shown to be wrong. If you think a Player is missing, tell us within 60 days of the sign-up with the click id and time.
- 5.
What we pay
5.1 Revenue share. You earn the percentage in your Deal of each Referred Player's Net Revenue, for the number of months in your Deal. Months count from the Player's sign-up month, which is month one.
5.2 Net Revenue for a Player in a month is:
- the cash they spent on packs (pack credit and promotional credit we gave them don't count),
- minus what they sold back to us,
- minus cards they shipped home, at the sell-back price each card had when opened,
- minus refunds,
- minus card chargebacks that stand (the full disputed deposit, in the month the chargeback is decided).
If a shipped card can't be delivered and we buy it back, it counts once, not twice.
5.3 Each Player counts on their own. If a Player's Net Revenue for a month is negative, that Player counts as zero for that month. It never reduces what you earn on your other Players, and it isn't carried into later months.
5.4 CPA. If your Deal includes a CPA, you earn it once per Referred Player, when they make the qualifying event in your Deal (usually a first deposit of at least the minimum stated). CPAs above any monthly cap in your Deal aren't payable for that month.
5.5 Revenue share for a month is final on the 1st of the following month. Until then your Dashboard shows an estimate.
- 6.
Reviews, holds and reversals
6.1 We review CPAs for fraud and abuse. While we check, a CPA shows as "under review" and its postback isn't sent. Typical reasons:
- the Player shares a device or network with another account;
- the click id has already earned a CPA;
- the deposit came unusually soon after the click;
- the Player's account is under review;
- a card dispute is open on their deposit.
6.2 When a review clears, the CPA is approved and the postback goes out. If it doesn't clear, the CPA is reversed and your Dashboard shows the reason.
6.3 Chargebacks. If a deposit behind a CPA is charged back and the chargeback stands within 180 days of that deposit, we reverse the CPA and call your reversal postback. If we had already paid it, it comes off your next statement as a negative adjustment. If the bank decides in our favour, the CPA goes through.
6.4 We won't hold a CPA for more than 90 days without deciding it, unless a card dispute or a law-enforcement or regulatory request is still open.
6.5 If we find that commission was earned through fraud or a breach of these terms, we can withhold it, reverse it, or recover it from later payments.
- 7.
Statements and payment
7.1 After each month closes, your Dashboard shows your statement for that month: approved CPAs, revenue share and adjustments.
7.2 We pay approved commission by the 20th of the following month, in US dollars, by [PAYMENT METHOD], to an account in your name or your company's name.
7.3 If your balance is under $100, it carries forward to the next month until it reaches $100. If these terms end, we pay any balance owed, whatever its size, with the final statement.
7.4 Before your first payment, send us a completed W-9 (US) or W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (outside the US). We hold payments until we have it.
7.5 You're responsible for your own taxes. Commission doesn't include VAT or sales tax. If you must charge it, tell us before your first invoice.
7.6 If you disagree with a statement, tell us within 60 days of it appearing. After that it's final, unless it's shown to be wrong because of our error or fraud.
7.7 We can set off amounts you owe us (such as a clawed-back CPA) against amounts we owe you.
- 8.
How you promote Pullfox
8.1 Follow the Promotion Rules in Appendix B. They're part of these terms.
8.2 Disclose the relationship. Wherever you promote Pullfox, say clearly, next to the link or at the start of the post, that you earn a commission. For example, "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you sign up through this link". "Affiliate link" on its own isn't enough.
8.3 Adults in eligible places only. Don't aim promotion at anyone under 18, or at places where Pullfox isn't available. Today that's Washington and Nevada, and we'll tell you about changes. Players from those places earn no commission.
8.4 Follow the law and platform rules where you promote. That includes FTC endorsement rules, CAN-SPAM for email, TCPA for texts, and the branded-content and gambling-adjacent ad policies of each platform (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X and others).
8.5 Review and takedown. We may review how you promote Pullfox. If we ask you to change or remove something, do it within 48 hours. Paid social ads that use our name or brand need our written approval first.
8.6 Sub-affiliates. Don't use sub-affiliates, networks below you or other third parties to send traffic unless we approve it in writing. You're responsible for anyone you use.
- 9.
Using our name and brand
9.1 While these terms are in force, you may use the Pullfox name, logo and the materials we provide, only to promote Pullfox under these terms. This licence is non-exclusive, can't be transferred, and we can withdraw it at any time.
9.2 Don't change our logo, imply that we endorse anything else of yours, or register domains, social handles, app names or company names that contain "Pullfox" or something confusingly similar.
9.3 Don't bid on "Pullfox", misspellings of it or our other brand terms in any search or ad platform (including broad match), and don't use them in ad copy or display URLs.
9.4 Everything we own stays ours. Anything you create stays yours, except the parts that are our brand.
- 10.
Data and privacy
10.1 We are the controller of our Players' personal data. You only get the pseudonymous reporting in your Dashboard and postbacks.
10.2 Don't try to identify Players from your reports. Don't combine our data with other data to identify them, and don't use it for retargeting or to train AI models.
10.3 You're the controller of data you collect on your own sites and channels, and responsible for your own privacy notices, cookie consent and opt-outs.
10.4 Keep your Dashboard sign-in secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.
- 11.
Confidentiality
11.1 Keep any CPA or custom Deal terms confidential, along with anything else we mark as confidential, during these terms and for 2 years after. The published revenue share isn't confidential.
- 12.
Ending these terms
12.1 Either of us can end these terms at any time with 14 days' notice by email.
12.2 We can end them at once, or suspend your account while we investigate, if you seriously breach them, commit fraud, harm Pullfox's reputation or put us at legal or regulatory risk.
12.3 After ending:
- If we end these terms under 12.1 (without a reason under 12.2), you keep earning revenue share on Players already referred until their months under your Deal run out, and we keep paying monthly under section 7.
- In every other case, you earn nothing after the end date. We pay what's approved up to that date with the final statement, after any open reviews (up to 90 days).
12.4 When these terms end, stop using our brand and remove your links within 14 days. If we end them under 12.2, remove them within 48 hours.
- 13.
Responsibility and liability
13.1 You're responsible for your sites, channels, content and anyone acting for you. You'll cover our losses and reasonable costs from claims that arise from your content or your breach of these terms.
13.2 We provide the program and tools as they are. We don't promise any level of sign-ups, deposits or commission, or that tracking will never be interrupted.
13.3 Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission we paid you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
- 14.
Our relationship
14.1 You're an independent business. Nothing here makes you our employee, agent, partner (in the legal sense) or joint venturer. You can't make promises on our behalf.
14.2 You can't transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a company in our group or to a buyer of the Pullfox business, and we'll tell you.
14.3 You're free to promote other businesses, including competitors, unless your Deal says otherwise.
- 15.
Changes to these terms or the Deal
15.1 We'll give you at least 30 days' notice, by email and in your Dashboard, before a change that reduces what you earn or adds obligations. If you don't agree, you can end these terms before the change takes effect.
15.2 Players referred before a change that reduces commission keep earning under the terms that applied when they signed up, for their remaining months.
15.3 We can make changes that are in your favour, or that the law requires, with shorter notice.
15.4 We can stop accepting traffic from a place at once if the law there changes or a regulator asks. Players already referred from there earn nothing from that date.
- 16.
Law and disputes
16.1 These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW].
16.2 Before starting any formal claim, email us at hello@pullfox.com and we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. Disputes that remain will be resolved by [ARBITRATION OR COURTS].
16.3 These terms, Appendix A, Appendix B and any Deal we confirm in writing are the whole agreement between us about the program. If a Deal confirmed in writing conflicts with Appendix A, the Deal wins.

Appendix B: Promotion Rules
These match the rules we follow ourselves, and keep Pullfox, you and the hobby on the right side of the law and platform policies.
Do
- Say what Pullfox is: digital packs of real trading cards, opened online, with the card shipped home or sold back.
- Point to the odds printed on every pack.
- Say it's 18+ and not available in every US state.
- Disclose that you earn a commission, next to the link or at the start of the post.
- Show real cards and the real choice: ship it or sell it back.
Don't
- Use: win, winnings, cash out, jackpot, bonus, lucky, bet, gamble, casino, profit, investment, guaranteed, risk-free, can't lose, or anything that means the same.
- Promise or imply what a pack will hold, that a pack is worth more than its price, or that anyone gets better odds.
- Push anyone to open another pack, or use countdowns and false urgency.
- Aim at anyone under 18, or at places where Pullfox isn't available.
- Offer players cash, rebates or prizes for signing up through you, unless we approve it in writing.
Never allowed
- Bidding on our brand terms or misspellings; our brand in your domains, handles or app names.
- Spam, unsolicited email or texts, or buying lists.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden or auto-redirecting links, bots, or traffic that isn't real people.
- Signing up yourself, your household or accounts you control through your own links.
- Pretending to be Pullfox, or making claims about Pullfox we haven't published.
- Content that is unlawful, hateful, adult, or that trivialises problem spending. If spending on packs stops being fun for someone, point them to 1-800-GAMBLER, as we do.
